Actual times may differ on the day. The morning sets the agenda; the afternoon is where the conversations land.
The agenda is decided on the morning of the event by the people in the room. You arrive, see what others want to discuss, pitch your own session if you'd like, and vote on what runs. The afternoon is then a series of parallel breakouts on those topics. Less stage, more room.
No. Plenty of attendees come purely to listen, ask questions, and meet people. If you do want to pitch a session, you can prepare beforehand or decide spontaneously on the day — both are normal.
Yes. The audience and speakers come from across Europe, so the working language is English. Sessions, slides, and side conversations all default to English.
The full day from 09:30 to 17:00, fully catered breakfast, lunch, coffee/snacks, and post-event networking drinks. No upsells.
The catering covers vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options by default. For specific needs (allergies, mobility access at the venue, etc.) drop us a note and we'll make sure you're set.
Have a look at the sponsorship page for tier details and contact, or get in touch directly. Sponsorship spots fill in waves between April and July.
